Admit it, I scored a hat trick on this one, funny and on topic and has a dog.

Think of a negotiation you had in the past.  What was the goal?  I used to try to win, win as much as I could.

I am sure you have solved more than one problem in a work environment or among friends.  What is the process?  For me it used to be either getting together and doing a quick assessment and brainstorm to come up with a solution, usually quick and decisive.  How about you? 

How did that work out for you?  For me, not so well a lot of the time.
