I am sorry I didn’t understand – How did she push back? what are her points to cheif and how did she explain 110 K loss in her P/L compared to her colleague 80 K profit ? Is it mis-calculated based on last 3 months? Why didn’t she get push back for low volumes for last 3 months as a reason for a peripheral site?
