Description
Getting restful sleep is one of the most important requirements for a healthy and happy life. For the one in twenty of us who have health conditions that affect our ability to sleep, life is not so healthy or happy. Simple tasks such as reading a newspaper or a book can be a challenge. Doing your best at work can sometimes be almost impossible.
Many people who have problems sleeping may have a condition called sleep apnea. The last thing they would associate as a cause is the quality of their sleep. This course is designed to improve your knowledge about sleep and its essential role in our health. Another goal provide an opportunity to assess your individual risk and give those at high risk a path back to a normal life.
