This course will take the mystery out of budgeting and empower you to add your voice to how and where resources are allocated.  If you want to insure your patients get good care, involve yourself in the budget process.  If you want to see your work improve, have a say in how resources are allocated.  Upon completion of this course you will have the basic skills and the working knowledge to approach the budget with confidence.
