Enjoying learning about financial statements- I look at these all the time (my practice, my wife’s practice) and I am excited I will have the knowledge to now better understand them soon….

The financial statement in the Financial Communication discussion board may be very similar to what you see in most practices. Can you comment on the collections efficiency of that practice. It is a sad thing to see the benefits of your hard work lost.

I think Theory X is a easy fall back, the lazy way out and makes leaders feel in control- even if the ship is sinking.
