I am sure you have solved more than one problem in a work environment or among friends. What is the process? For me it used to be either getting together and doing a quick assessment and brainstorm to come up with a solution, usually quick and decisive. How about you?
How did that work out for you? For me, not so well a lot of the time.

As a GYN physician I would practice injection on myself even after practicing with the ball. Injection of sterile water into my own thigh would be very helpful to assess the discomfort as well as the muscle memory needed with any new procedure.

MSD Leadership 1 6 years, 3 months agoThe best you can do is have the right people at the meeting and then create an environment where they feel there contribution is valued. You do that and you will not only increase productivity, but you will enjoy the meetings and so will the team members. What a novel idea!!!
