The best you can do is have the right people at the meeting and then create an environment where they feel there contribution is valued. You do that and you will not only increase productivity, but you will enjoy the meetings and so will the team members. What a novel idea!!!

I have to tell you Paul, those two techniques, especially the latter are very powerful tools to mine ideas out of people who for many reasons may not feel comfortable speaking their mind.

My dog Sugar, a yellow lab, suddenly took ill at the grand old age of 12. I was not sure what the problem was but she was having urination issues, lethargy, and would not eat. I think you have an idea for a PDSA project. Problem , time involvement of MIPS. Consider KQC. One must be the estimate time requirements.
