Share a negotiating experience and how did you feel about the result?  How does your practice or organization make capital budget decisions.  How do you make a purchase request and what is the framework for that request to be approved?

What access do you have to financial information and decision making that occurs in your practice or organization?  If you had access to all of the information, what is your level of competency to read, interpret and analyze?
