Thanks Dave….what’s interesting is that this AM I visited a group in my institution that was very different than many others.
Open floor plan, some small offices but ideas communicated in an open area; a welcoming working environment where people communicated freely and worked well together. A space designed for communication and collegiality….very different than the rest of the institution…I wish we could all work together like this.
