I really enjoyed the course. I wish I had done it before I became chief. The
information about budgets, mentoring, project analysis, organizing meetings have
been or will be used ( I am attending my first budget meeting on the 22nd) and have
been most valuable. My meetings start on time and I dismiss 5 min early so people
can get to the next meeting or wherever they need to be.
Really an amazing course!! It really should be part of the onboarding of new leaders.
