This course is designed to provide any physician with the skill to implement continuous  process improvement utilizing the PDSA tool.  Short Cycle Improvement in the form of Plan, Do, Study Act forms the foundation for improvement activities at the core of MACRA. MOC, ACOs.    With these skills will come greater efficiency for your practice, and higher quality, and safety for your patients.
