Description

Every healthcare provider, from physicians to nursing staff and pharmacists, provide leadership in their workplace.  As opposed to popular lore, leaders are not born, they are developed, yet medical education provides little in the way of training.  This course will begin with a self examination of your leadership style.  From there we will create a path toward “Quality Leadership” whose goals is to create provider staff and patient engagement leading to better health and improved outcomes.
