This section has very most helpful to me.  I am currently negotiating a new contract as an employed physician at my institution.  I keep a binder folder (which my assistant jokingly refers to as my “bible” and I wrote down several of the points during our discussion.  It came in very handy during the final negotiations and there were some figures that changed from the hospital that I was able to flip back in my book and show what we had discussed.  I have an excellent onboarding grid that I got at a conference that I would be happy to share with the group if anyone is interested.
