Very interesting reading all the above posts. Being military, I don’t even know where to start on our financial statements since they are tied in heavily to so many other departments. As medical director of my clinic, it’s a struggle since I’m not privy to any of this information!

I don’t even know how to begin to apply this to my clinic as an active duty military physician In primary care. Seems the primary focus is see more, prevent leakage. I don’t know at which level a financial analysis is being done
