The first thing that strikes me is that the adjustment is very high, making me think that there charges are too high. Charge to payment ration is about 3-4. hence the AR is very high.

The worse meetings are those dominated by a few and the facilitator does not know how to regain control.
I like when the facilitator says in the interest of time or in order to finish on time , we must move on. you can continue the discussion off line.
