This course will give you the financial tools you need to make informed money decisions; no money, no mission!  Every organization that loses money year after year eventually ceases to exist.  Quality Leadership is an organizational skill.  Yet, one must also have tools with which to lead, just as a healthcare provider needs tools to practice.  One of the most important tools is a working knowledge of finance.  Managing revenue and getting resources to the right place at the right time can have enormous consequences on patient outcomes.  This course will supply those skills so that you may go forth and use your leadership ability to its fullest extent.
