									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My main concern with the report is that it does not have cummalative collection rate for the whole year, or quarter etc.  so unclear if money is being left on table.</p>
<p>Basically collections/allowed amount.  A yearly number would be nice as it would average out any variation in month to month delays.</p>
