Every healthcare provider, from physicians to nursing staff and pharmacists, provide leadership in their workplace. As opposed to popular lore, leaders are not born, they are developed, yet medical education provides little in the way of training. This course will begin with a self examination of your leadership style. From there we will create a path toward “Quality Leadership” whose goals are to create provider, staff, and patient engagement leading to better health and improved outcomes.
This course is included in Quality Leadership for Healthcare Providers. It is provided for those who would like a shorter more directed leadership course.
