NBCC BC-TMH Training Introduction

During this course you will encounter:

• Your profile page.  Visit your page by clicking MY PROFILE on the main navigation menu at the top of the page, complete your profile, add a picture, and make new friends. 
• A step by step progression, complete a step to unlock the next.
  • No skipping ahead
  • Complete every step to earn your course completion certificate.
• “Mark Complete” buttons – click when you complete a lesson or topic so the system can keep track of your progress.
• Video presentations.
  • Audio controls within the player
  • 10 – 20 minute presentation segments 
• NOTES – Use the “NOTES” tab on the right side of every page to take, store, and download notes to facilitate learning.
• A Course Test and Survey.
  • Score at least 75% to be eligible for your certificate
•  A CCHE Certificate that can be used for continuing education credit – instant download upon course completion.
