Welcome to COVID 19 PPE Simulator. The course is presented in a “free form” version. Any lesson or topic may be accessed in any order. Check the completion marks in the navigation menus. In order to earn CME credits all lessons and steps must be completed. (CME course only)
Feel free to skip ahead to the simulators to see how well you perform and then come back for the knowledge lessons.
You will encounter the following activities:
- Course description and learning objectives.
- Multimedia content to support the clinical simulator activities.
- Pretest to ascertain your current knowledge.
- Video presentations between 8-10 minutes in length that with a searchable table of contents. Note that there are controls on the embedded video on the taskbar. Volume may also be controlled through the video itself as well as through your device.
- Clinical Activity Simulator – complete the simulations and return to the course. Return to the simulator often to practice skills and improve outcomes.
- Complete the CME certificate requirements and score at least 70% on the test. You may retake the test an unlimited number of times. (CME Course Only)
- Once the all of the steps are completed, click the “PRINT CERTIFICATE” and to download your certificate.
