You are at the first step of the course on COVID-19 Healthcare Practice Sustainability.  The purpose of this course is to deliver an action plan that will keep you in business and improve your long term success. You will learn new skills and how to apply them.  You will be presented with new revenue opportunities along with a decision-making framework that shortens the timeline to revenue. 

During this course you will encounter:

• A profile page.  Visit the page by clicking MY PROFILE on the main navigation menu at the top of the page. If you like, complete your profile, add a picture, network with your fellow students, and share your experiences. 
• A step by step progression, complete a step to unlock the next.
  • No skipping ahead.
• A pretest to determine your current knowledge.  Don’t worry about how many you get right. You get to take the test again after you complete the course. 
• Video presentations.
  • Searchable table of contents.
  • Audio controls within the player – full screen toggle.
  • 10 minute presentation segments. 
• CME test to demonstrate your success in the class.
  • Score at least 70% to pass and earn your CME certificate.
  • Multiple retakes and hints are available.
• CME survey
• Social media for you to meet and communicate with your classmates.
• Frequent updates through newsletter and course updates as time and circumstances demand.
